See that black box on the table? That is Joshua. He is surrounded by your love for him. Thank you. |
353 cards. Some from real life friends, some from blog friends.
We are humbled.
Joshua was and is loved.
Thank YOU!

That is just beautiful. Praying for you all.
Definately loved, forever and always. ((HUGS))
Wow!!! You are definitely loved!!! When Tristan passed, all I asked was for people to send donations to some special organizations in Memory of Tristan, and hardly anyone did it. Funny...we have over 300 followers on our caringbridge site. I guess most are just reading to hear about the drama, but all in all, they really didn't care enough to sacrifice a latte for a donation in his memory...or to "waste" a moment to send us a card. My own sister didn't say anything to me or mail anything to me other than, "I hate it for you." I have to fight the bitterness, but you can easily see why. My baby died, and very few people actually cared. You are VERY fortunate that so many really love you. By taking the time to send a card, that's how you know they really care.
I have a card from a friend at church that I haven't gotten to you yet. :/ So, make that 354.

That is so beautiful!!!
Jill, wow, he is making his mark, isn't he? I just love him. :)
Christie Huggins from comment #4, I am so sorry for your loss and the lack of responses you received. Had I known, I would've sent something, because just hearing your story now is making me tear up. I will pray for you and Jill's family.
I have saved all the cards we received when my husband died so that my son is able to see how we were loved and how his daddy was loved. Continued prayers ...
How wonderful!!!
You are loved here in Georgia! Our heart community is praying for you. May God grant you peace as only He can.

Glad your family and Joshua have had so much support!!!
very sweet <3
Thinking of you in Idaho and wishing you peace.
My Mother felt real bad when she lost two sons from bad circumcisions, also. It's not the will of God that's why He sacrificed his Son Jesus to fulfill the covenant law so the least of our brothers would not have their lives put at risk from this unnecessary sacrificial punishment. Please help us save the lives of others and help prevent this from happening to other mothers so they won't have to go through what you are experiencing. Become an intactivist.
FredR- I just want you to know that we fully understand that Jesus fulfilled teh covenant law which takes away any old testament requirements for salvation.
We did not have Joshua circumcised for religious reasons. It was a personal choice that we made- it had nothing to do with religion at all.
