The stress has finally gotten to Shane and I and we cracked last night. It was not good. We still aren't seeing eye to eye even this morning, but we will get it resovled. There is just so much stress coming from every angle and we just need to recognize that and move on.
Pray for us as we work on finding common ground and understanding.

One thing that my husband and I are able to do is put our differences aside and focus on what is best for Logan while he is in the hospital. It is hard worrying about your other kids and who is going to do what and when you are going to be able to do this. But sometimes you have to turn that responsibility over to those who have offered to help you like grandparents and other relatives. You can't do it all. We allow them to work out the details of who is going to watch Wyatt on what day. We know that he will be in the best hands while we are away and that they will bring him to see us often.
It is hard. I totally feel for what you are going through. However I can tell you that it does get easier with each one. You already have everything worked out because you have done it before. Just right now you guys have the added stress of going through the labor and delivery plus facing Joshua's first open heart surgery. It is scary and stressful ~ all NORMAL feelings to have.

I've found in our relationship that sometimes the crack is what we actually needed. It seems that in those times, even though it's hard and we are mean and there is yelling involved, it's also the time that we are the most real and the most intimate with each other. It's when we really open up and share and we end up having the best conversations. It's like a huge relief. It's a purge. It's bad and good all in the same sentence. Anyway - I hope this is how it turns out for you guys too. This is a very stressful time and it will continue to be. Many people are praying for you are the Lord is surrounding you are preparing you.
