Sunday Eats

    This is a camping favorite 
but easily made over a stove top!

What You Need:
1/2 pkg of frozen hash browns
8 large eggs
1 pkg breakfast sausage
1 pkg colby jack cheese
1 tbsp butter
Optional: onions or green peppers

How You Make It:
1. Cook sausage in skillet  along with onions or green peppers with butter until browned.

2. Add 1/2 pkg of frozen hash browns and cook until all hash browns are warm and/or crisp
3. Add eggs and stir until eggs are well cooked
4. Add cheese and stir

Yum Yum Yum!
