Here is a quick (and probably out of the blue) update for all of you to be praying for if you feel led.
We have a possible opportunity for free/very inexpensive housing. I'm not going to go into the details of it because it is not 100% set in stone, nor is it public knowledge by all parties involved. All I'm going to say is that someone is following a calling, and we may be part of that story.
That being said. We are looking into a short sale of our house. This was an option for us a few months ago, but nothing ever came from it because that would mean moving in with my parents- something none of us (parents included) really wanted to happen unless absolutely necessary.
With this option, a short sale may be a good opportunity for us. We are meeting with a realtor today at 2:15 to try to get our house on the market. Please pray for God's will to be done and that our path, as well as the other people involved will be made very clear.
If this works out, we may be moving within the next 6 months or so. I have 7 months until baby arrives. It's bittersweet, exciting, and nerve racking all at the same time.
God is doing something. We'll see soon what it is!

what would you do after the year if you do a quick sale?? you'd have no house and no bank would give you the funds to get a new one... I hope you're thinking of all options
