Crunching the Numbers

Shane and I were at dinner tonight (without children- WOOT WOOT!!!) and decided to crunch some numbers.

I laughed as I realized that this has been my life for the past 5 years!

Caleb is currently 64 months old. Including the 9 months gestation- he is 73 months old.

In those 73 months I have been pregnant for 32 months.


By the time this baby is born I will have been pregnant for 36 out of 77 months.


I nursed 3 of my 4 children for a total of 15 months combined.

So, I have had a child depending on me completely for growth, development, and nourishment for a total of 47 out of those 73 months.

HOLY JEEZE!


I have been pregnant/nursing 63% of the time over the last 5+ years.

No wonder I could stand to lose a few A LOT of pounds!

Whew!
