Once again, I wish I could take credit for this recipe, but I can't. My mom sent this to me a couple years ago, and it has been one of Shane's favorites for a while now! (it's one of my favorites because it's SUPER easy and quick to make!)
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 c. ketchup
1 small can of Cambell's Chicken Gumbo Soup
1/4 c. water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Hamburger Buns
Brown the meat, onions, and green pepper together and drain the grease. Add mustard, ketchup, and soup. Mix well and allow to heat thoroughly. Continue to simmer until ready to eat. Can also be prepared in the crock pot on low setting adding a little extra water. Serve on hamburger buns.
YUM! Enjoy!

Yum!! I'm going to have to try that.
Now you made me hungry! I will have to try this, thank you for sharing.
Oh my GOODNESS!! I just have to share this b/c it is TOO FUNNY! I clicked on the link to the soup (which I am glad I did b/c I was thinking the chicken/ sausage gumbo non-condensed that I have is what you meant) and anyway, on the right hand side of the page it says, "you might also like" and the FIRST thing in the list was PURINA ONE CANNED DOG FOOD!!! Sooooo....if I like Campbell's soup, I may be interested in trying so dog food as well? ;~)
