Caramel Chex Mix
This is soo good, and soo addicting

What  You Need:
2 boxes of Chex Cereal
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup of butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups of M&M minis

How to Make It:
 1. Heat oven to 250 F. Spray a large roasting pan with cooking spray. Pour both boxes of cereal into the pan.
2. In a saucepan, stir together brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Cook and stir for 8-9 minutes over medium heat until boiling. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. 
3. Bake 40-50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until coating is set. Cool for 5 minutes; stir in candies. Spread over waxed paper to cool for about 10 minutes. Break into pieces. Store in an air tight container.
