A Key to Our Dirt

Just recently, we received the "Construction Key" to the home that we are building.

The only problem is that at this exact moment,
this is what our key is for.

Can't wait for the day, in our very near future,
that this will be built on that beautiful dirt.

I am still in shock that this is our reality.
Thank you, Jesus!

I think it's pretty cool that they gave you a key to your dirt~something tangible to hold onto and carry with you as a reminder of God's goodness and promises (and easier than the schematics--or however you spell that word!).

Years ago, my parents bought a vineyard. I was so excited to see it. When they sent me pictures of it (I was in college in a different state), they were pictures of dirt. But one day, years later, ir was a beautiful vineyard.

It's all about what your mind's eye can visualize of the future beauty while right now your physical eye may just see dirt.

I'm so happy for you about your dirt! And the future home it will hold!
