People I Have Been Praying For...

If you are the praying type and would like to join me in praying for these people, I know they would truly appreciate it.

~A friend who just found out she is having twins! However, the sac is only big enough for one baby. She goes back very soon for another ultrasound.

~A bloggy friend who also is having twins and the cord of one of the babies isn't developed the way it should be resulting in a smaller baby. (I may not have those details completely correct but I'm praying for whatever their needs are.)

~A baby girl who was born at the same hospital just a month after Joshua was born. She also has HLHS and just recently had her 2nd stage surgery. There have been minor complications and I'm praying for quick healing.

~Kirsten and James (Ewan's Mama and Daddy). They are struggling and are having to continue to "wait." Waiting is frustrating and tiresome. I know they could really use your prayers for jobs, peace, and life in general.

~All the babies on the transplant list. Especially Miss Annabelle.

~For a college friend who's husband is looking for a full time job in Ministry. They have 3 small children and he's been out of work for a while now. Their house is up for sale, and they are just waiting for God to open some doors.

~For my OB's nurse and her family. Her son had a sudden seizure a couple weeks ago. When taken to the ER they found many lesions on his brains and he was taken down to Riley. He had brain surgery this past Monday and from my understanding seems to be doing well. I've not heard a recent update, but I'm praying for them all the same.

~For Congress. I'm praying that they can get their act together and figure out the national budget stuff and put their selfishness aside. I'm praying for all the men and women in the military as they are facing no pay- I'm praying especially hard for the military families that I know personally.

If you have other things you need prayer over, please add them to the comment section of this post!

I will be praying for all of those mentioned.

I also ask for you to pray for my sister in law and her family today. 9 years ago she lost her sister due to a horrible car accident. Even though a large chunk of time has passed, it never gets easier.

Thank you!

Jill, could you please pray for my baby? I'm 32 weeks but keep having very real contractions. My first son came on his own at 36 weeks and 2 days. I'd really just like this little one to stay put for at least 4 more weeks. I'm fearful that he won't. I'd like to avoid the heartbreak of NICU if possible.

Thank you, Jill. I appreciate it so very much. We have come to our one year mark, as of Monday. We will celebrate a birthday, for our beautiful boy, who was here too short a time. Our plates are very full right now. Also, going to be getting another opinion on the babies this coming Wednesday. Hoping for a miracle for our Little A. :)

Praying for you, your pregnancy, your children, your marriage, and your journey through your loss. I wish I could say, I don't know your pain, but I do. Blessings to you.

Hey Love!

We have a whole slew of stressful stuff going on.

-We are in the midst of a legal battle over some of Mason's funding we JUST got. Someone is trying to take what little money we have for no services rendered.

-We have to be moved out of this house by April 30th at noon and we still don't have a place to live. There are very few houses on the market at the moment right now and they are all above our budget.

-We have been unable to find someone willing to work with Mason as a whole for his therapy.

-I have applied for a Blog Design position and I really would like it. I have not heard back so I am thinking I didn't get it.

-Our money situation is NOT good.

-We got test results for Mason that are unclear to the Drs on how to fix the problem and we are waiting on our Government to approve Mason for special drugs that he really needs right now.

-The is so much more I can't even get into it all...my identity was stolen and I am fighting that and on and on...

It seems that things can't get any worse and then something else rears its ugly head. I am trying to remain as positive as possible and not stress too much.

We have alot going on, I just keep trying to give the Glory to God for all that he has done. I say to myself "In Him I trust". Cause really there isn't much more that we can do. I struggle with knowing what God's plan is. What can all of this possibly teach us, how much more do we need to take on.

Jill, I know you have been in the same state I am in. I am so happy for your family and where God is leading you. It gives me hope that God's plan for us will get easier.

Love you LOTS lady & continue to pray for peace & healing for your family.

Thank you so much for your prayers for all the people in the military. My husband is in Afghanistan and I stay home with our 7 month old daughter. Though the shut down won't really affect us so much, since we have money in savings, many of my friends are worried about how they are going to feed their children and pay their bills.

Would you please say a prayer for my SIL and her unborn baby? She is 17 weeks pregnant and found out yesterday that there is a 1 in 10 chance that her baby has Down's Syndrome. She is going in for an amniocentesis on Monday but has already told me that if the test shows that the baby has Down's that she is going to terminate the pregnancy. :(

Thank you.

Praying for ALL of the above!! God is so huge and holding each one in His hands.
I'd like to add our Lil'Sophie into the mix. She's already had a difficult first year with an open heart surgery (which is how I found your blog a while ago), and 2 other surgeries. And she was just listed on the Liver Transplant list. So we have another major surgery to go.
We are extremely thankful and know God is in control. But at times fear rears it's head and I have to continually fight it.
Thank You!
